my latest ... 24"x 24"acrylic on textured board, scraped and mounted on 2 1/2 inch frame depth.
A piece that has had a number or incarnations over the past year, now in its final one.

This piece is reflective of a childhood art process ... colored crayons under black ... then scraped to release painting. AND of the Mola from Panama in my husband's collection ... colored cloth over which a black piece of cloth is opened to reveal the color underneath.

haven't posted in a long time so thought I would add an older piece that has received a lot of positive attention from the public. painted in '07 ... it was the PR piece for my Solo show at Allied Arts Gallery of Whatcom County.   SOLD
